Max
1990-2004
Max was a three-year-old male German Shepherd we rescued. He had been abused, neglected and was severely underweight when we got him. He did not have good life social skills. He had many bad life experiences that made him aggressive, and he bit as a result.
Through training, understanding, and a healthy lifestyle, we were able to keep Max until he died of natural causes at age 14. Max did a lot of fun things during his life with us that he never would have had the opportunity to do without training.
Max is one of the strongest driving forces behind why we train dogs today. There are a lot of other dogs out there like Max. Max proved that through training, it is possible to have a well-trained dog one can take anywhere regardless of the dog’s disposition.
Max is with us everyday at the training center.

Monja von der Kahler Heide
1998 - 2009
Odenius vd Kahler Heide
OD is an eight-year-old male German Shepherd import. OD is an excellent representation of the German Shepherd Dog. He has outstanding temperament and a great disposition toward people. To OD, the world is his.
OD has been annually certified in Narcotics Detection for the last three years. OD is training for all three phases of Schutzhund: Tracking, Obedience and Protection.
Emma vom Kromerhaus
Emma is a six-year-old female German Shepherd from all working lines. She is a high-drive dog with great focus. Emma is a very vocal dog who thinks it should
always
be her turn to work and play.

Jolly vom Königsberg
Jolly is a four-year-old female German Shepherd import. She came to us as a one-year-old “green” dog (no training). Jolly is a very excitable young dog that loves to play ball and tug, yet she also enjoys her sleep very much.
Jolly is currently training for Schutzhund and German show ring conformation.
V Dami Heidecker Höhe SchH1
Dami is a seven-year-old female German Shepherd import and the foundation bitch for our kennel, Eichenhalle. Dami came, bred in Germany, to us in December of 2006 and whelped her litter in February 2007. She is a powerful dog, full of life, and ready to work. We will continue to show and train Dami and let her teach us all that she knows.
EICHENHALLE A LITTER
Aika von Eichenhalle
Anka von Eichenhalle
Aika and Anka are from our first litter at Eichenhalle. They will be shown in German conformation and schutzhund. We look forward to their exciting careers!
Rose and Laurel
Rose and Laurel are Belgian Malinois. They are both very high-drive dogs. We rescued these two wonderful girls from our local PSPCA. We were told they had been running at large for over six months before arriving at the shelter. We suspect these two dogs were previously treated harshly, for they had a number of confidence issues with people. They have done a nice job of overcoming their past and are making lots of progress.
Rose
- Rose gives the best Mali hugs in the world. If you know Malis, you know what we mean. She is full of love and eager to please and play anything! She is very fast, loves to run, play ball, tug, and tear apart plush toys for the prized squeaker! Rose does fantastic obedience.
Laurel
- Laurel is not as outgoing as Rose but is still incredibly friendly and happy. Laurel likes to play, but she especially enjoys the attention of being loved. She is happy doing anything with people: playing ball, going for walks, car rides, etc.

- 2008
Wynd
Wynd is our resident cat. She was out looking for a job and we needed a really good mouser: it was a perfect match. In fact, Wynd is our first employee.
